1. Officer – Inventory

2. Supervisor – QAQC Electrical Instrumentation

3. Supervisor – QAQC Mechanical Piping

4. Supervisor – QAQC Civil, Earthwork

5. Supervisor – QAQC Structural, Platework

Requirements

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
2. Have extensive experience on similar role in civil, earthworks, road construction, or maintenance projects (above 3 years).
3. Have extensive experience in Quality Assurance & Quality Control.
4. Advanced proficiency with the various software used to support the job
5. Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
6. In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects within the industry.
7. This position is contract based on the project.
8. This position works on a site with a roster system

6. Project Planner & Scheduler

Responsibilities

1. To consult with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
2. To developing, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system.
3. To coordinate project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
4. To monitor project timelines and deadlines.
5. Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner.
6. To evaluate performance and preparing project progress reports.
7. Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules.
8. Recommending actions to keep projects within budget and completed on time.
9. Prepare the main timeframe and manage the interface to the contractors.

Requirements

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
2. Have extensive experience on similar role in civil, earthworks, road construction, or maintenance projects (8 – 10 years).
3. Have extensive experience in in schedule planning and management.
4. Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software, such as MS Projects or Oracle Primavera.
5. Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
6. In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects within the industry.
7. This position is contract based on the project.
8. This position works on a site with a roster system
